RETURNS & REFUNDS
Made To Order Standard
A refund is available within 10 days of ordering your Made to Order Standard wedding gown.
- If you cancel your order between 11-15 days from purchasing your gown, the cancellation fee will be $250.00 USD.
- This covers the cost of administration, lace allocation, pre-production and pattern preparation associated with your order.
- After 15 days you will be unable to cancel you order.
Made To Order Customized
As your gown is made especially for you to your gown size ranges and height, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges after 15 days.
- Please ensure your measurements are correct prior to your lock in date. We do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown.
- If you cancel your order within 10 days of purchasing your Made to Order Customized gown, we will provide a full refund.
- If you cancel after the 10 day period the cancellation fee is $350 USD. This fee covers the cost of administration, lace allocation, pre-production and pattern preparation associated with your order.
- Once your measurements are locked-in, you will be unable to cancel you order after 15 days as the gown will have gone immediately into production.

Once we submit a customer order to a designer,
the designer does not allow for cancellations or style changes.
Important Note about Sizing
Special order gowns are made according to each designer’s measurements. Your normal size may vary from the designer’s size.
We strongly recommend you review the designer’s size chart to determine the best size to order.

International Customers
We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate. Any taxes, duties or custom duty fees are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We are able to ship our products throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, Mexico, France and the United Kingdom.
We are also able to ship to US APOs and MPOs as well as to the following US Territories:

- Federated States of Micronesia
- Guam
- Marshall Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Puerto Rico
- Virgin Islands.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes and are unable to ship to any freight forwarding companies due to high correlation with fraudulent activity
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) once your order ships. If you need your order sooner, we do offer expedited shipping on select orders.
If you realize you need to change your address after placing your order, we will be able to do so within a limited window of time not to exceed 48 hours.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
At this time, we are only able to apply one address per order. We cannot split and order and ship products to separate locations.
♥ SHIPPING POLICY
Our wedding dresses are custom made and made upon order so it will take up to 8-10 weeks right now to receive your dress, sometimes a little longer and sometimes a little less.
If you need the dress sooner and are willing to pay for express shipping, we can work with you on that.
We offer free shipping on all of our products.
When ordering a "custom made" wedding/bridal dress, please make sure to follow the size chart provided carefully and send the required measurements with your order in the "notes" section so that we're able to include it on the custom order.
The average preparation and shipping times is now 8-10 WEEKS however there is an option for express shipping if you need the dress a little sooner and we can work with you on that.
PLEASE measure and order per the sizing chart because wedding dress sizes typically run small.
If you would like the dress custom made to fit your personal measurements, we will need the required measurements from you.
Bust, Waist, Hips, Hollow to Floor, Heel Inches, Height of Shoes
